As a clinical product development manager, you will support a strategic multi-year roadmap focused on delivering integrated enterprise value, transforming the role of pharmacy, and innovating engagement and care delivery solutions to create meaningful and personalized experiences for patients. In this role, you will develop, design, test, and scale a suite of Retail Pharmacy health services aimed at improving health outcomes, reducing medical costs, and improving patients' engagement and experience. You will use your clinical expertise to shape the program and intervention design, train field pharmacy colleagues, collaborate with cross-enterprise stakeholders to launch the program and manage performance to ensure its success and clinical quality.
