ROLE SUMMARY The candidate will be working in a team of scientists reporting to a group lead in San Diego supporting early and late-stage oncology programs. The candidate will be a part of the Pfizer Oncology Clin Pharm team with approximately 35 scientists. We emphasize on the candidate’s quantitative pharmacology skills, scientific reasoning, regulatory affairs skills, written and verbal communication skills, exploratory graphical analysis skills, study design and report writing skills. The candidate will act as the primary clinical pharmacology lead providing clinical pharmacology expertise to multidisciplinary study teams supporting early and late-stage oncology programs. “Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.”
