About The Position

The position involves managing all functions and activities related to operations within Novant Health, focusing on leadership, communication, and strategic planning. The role requires overseeing special projects, driving transformation, and ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency in operations. The individual will serve as a liaison between leadership and the team, participating in program design and development to promote growth and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field required; Graduate Degree preferred.
• Five years of leadership and management experience required.
• Current RN License or Certifications in appropriate state may be required by department setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Ability to complete competency assessments and understand regulatory standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills sensitive to diverse groups.
• Ability to collaborate with various leaders across the NH footprint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in conflict management and change management skills.
• Familiarity with safety and infection control policies and procedures.
