About The Position

HealthPartners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Logistics Manager (RN) to lead our Centralized Hospital Operations team. The Centralized Hospital Operations (CHO) model is designed to centralize key clinical and patient logistics functions into a single, coordinated team. This innovative approach creates efficiencies for care teams while driving safe, consistent, and reliable patient care practices across HealthPartners hospitals. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing and optimizing this model. Under the direction of the Director, the Clinical Logistics Manager is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities within the CHO Department. This leader ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality virtual clinical logistics care while maintaining standards of practice and overseeing staff development, operational performance, and fiscal accountability. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, business hours with off hours as needed to support business needs. Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, or AD in Nursing and Baccalaureate degree in a related field
  • Cardiac Monitoring/ICU Nursing: Four (4) years (8,320 hours) of acute care RN experience in a cardiac monitoring or intensive care unit, with two (2) years (4,160 hours) in a nursing leadership position (e.g. Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Clinical Team Lead) -OR-
  • Inpatient Nursing: Four (4) years (8,320 hours) acute care RN experience with two (2) years (4160 hours) in a nursing leadership position, e.g. Assistant Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse. -OR-
  • Emergency Department: Four (4) years acute care RN experience with two (2) years in a nursing leadership position, e.g. Patient Care Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manger, or Charge Nurse. -OR-
  • Perioperative/Same Day Surgery: Four (4) years of perioperative or acute care RN experience with two (2) years in a nursing leadership position (e.g. Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Team Leader).
  • Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota.
  • Demonstrates at the time of employment and every two years thereafter, competency in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
