HealthPartners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Logistics Manager (RN) to lead our Centralized Hospital Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nursing leader to shape the future of virtual care delivery, drive clinical excellence, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes across our system. The Centralized Hospital Operations (CHO) model is designed to centralize key clinical and patient logistics functions into a single, coordinated team. This innovative approach creates efficiencies for care teams while driving safe, consistent, and reliable patient care practices across HealthPartners hospitals. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing and optimizing this model. Under the direction of the Director, the Clinical Logistics Manager is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities within the CHO Department. This leader ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality virtual clinical logistics care while maintaining standards of practice and overseeing staff development, operational performance, and fiscal accountability. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, business hours with off hours as needed to support business needs.
