About The Position

This position supports both General OBGYN and MFM - two defined reporting structures with .5AMG and .5Childrens hospital. The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with a schedule from Monday to Friday during the day. The position is focused on patient satisfaction, health outcomes, financial success, physician engagement, human resources administration, and growth initiatives within the practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/related field or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years management experience.
  • Strongly preferred: RN.
  • Experience in OBGYN and/or MFM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of practice management components.
  • Ability to supervise professional & non-professional associates.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Director, Physician Practice Management and physician leadership to maintain a patient-centered environment.
  • Achieves patient satisfaction scores consistent with Advocate Medical Group (AMG) and practice site goals.
  • Actively rounds on patients and associates to create and maintain a positive patient experience.
  • Reviews and analyzes patient comments and monitors satisfaction scores.
  • Communicates patient satisfaction goals and objectives to all associates and physicians.
  • Implements patient satisfaction improvement plans based on feedback.
  • Establishes procedures for appropriate delivery of patient care and monitoring of quality standards.
  • Provides a safe environment for patients and associates through effective monitoring of compliance.
  • Evaluates and monitors health outcome indicators and implements ongoing process improvements.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and audits health outcome related programs.
  • Ensures financial success of practice by monitoring budget and physician productivity.
  • Participates in planning and administration of an annual budget.
  • Oversees daily practice site operations to assure economically efficient processes.
  • Manages daily human resource functions related to associates.
  • Facilitates and drives initiatives that enhance practice growth.
