About The Position

The position supports surgical specialties and primary care clinics, overseeing and ensuring efficient clinic operations while providing operational and technical direction. The role involves continual monitoring of clinic functions, resolving problems, and revising operations as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, registration, account receivable, health information, provider recruitment, imaging, laboratory, and clinical services. The position serves as a liaison to corporate departments and partners with other market departments to assure quality patient services and overall patient satisfaction. It also involves resolving patient concerns and complaints, supporting the organization's mission and strategic initiatives, and developing processes to achieve established policies and objectives. The role requires effective communication with physicians and advanced practice professionals, managing provider relations, participating in community activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the position includes human resources responsibilities such as interviewing, staff development, performance evaluations, and managing budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in a health care facility.
  • Experience in medical practice and clinic management.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in managing staff.
  • Knowledge of clinic operational structure, systems, policies, and procedures.
