The Manager Clinic Operations is a leadership role with comprehensive operational authority and responsibility for designated clinics. This includes fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of patient/family centered care and service, patient and staff satisfaction, program development, managing and developing teams, and ensuring integration with the clinical enterprise. The role also involves providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced peers and other members of the healthcare team, collaborating closely with nursing. Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant work experience
