We are currently hiring for a full-time Manager-Clinic Operations role for all of Gillette's clinic locations (including metro sites and greater MN). This role will be onsite at our St. Paul main campus. Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with expectations to travel to the metro sites frequently and greater MN locations quarterly. This position provides department level leadership direction and support to implement the strategic and operational objectives of Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in all outpatient clinic locations. The position has responsibility for ensuring the provision of high-quality care, achieving exemplary patient experiences, and driving clinic efficiency, while developing an engaged staff. The incumbent will introduce approved organization ambulatory tactics for performance improvement, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and enhanced patient experience. Specific duties are determined by the work setting or patient population served; however, in all positions, serving patients with challenging and complex conditions requires a concentration of specialized staff able to work in highly coordinated teams. We organize care around each patient’s condition which requires staff at multiple levels and across many departments to exhibit exceptional teamwork qualities including communicating efficiently and effectively and adopting the behaviors required for high functioning integrated teams. Compensation & Benefits Information The annual salary range for this opportunity is $115,169.60 min to $172,764.80 max, with a median salary of $143,967.20. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.   • Scope of Oversight All Outpatient Clinic locations, including all metro and greater MN site locations.
  • Provide direct leadership to clinic supervisors, ensuring accountability for performance, staff development, patient satisfaction, and operational outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ambulatory operations, leadership, supervisory or managerial role within a relevant clinical setting.
  • Financial and budget management experience related to outpatient/ambulatory operations.
  • Ability to manage process improvement initiatives under guidance of senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with physicians and clinical providers.
  • Strong knowledge, skills, and experience in communicating with diverse groups, negotiating complex system issues and in maintaining professional relationships.
  • Time management, problem solving, protocol, policy, and procedure development skills.
  • Understand trends and changes in the healthcare environment
  • Interest in and commitment to advancing services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated managerial leadership including: Ability to execute new and significantly revised work flows and processes on time and within budget. Ability to manage across function and service types with excellence in staff engagement, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
