About The Position

The Manager Clinic Operations is responsible for all administrative and operational functions of multiple clinics and departments within the Providence Medical Group(PMG by overseeing the clinic staff in providing care). The Manager Clinic Operations works with PMG clinic leadership to develop organizational goals and objectives. The Manager Clinic Operations will partner closely and effectively with their PMG medical directors, and work closely with caregivers and providers to ensure the most effective and efficient clinical operations with the goal of providing great customer service while engaging caregivers and providers. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of hire)
• 2 years Healthcare supervisory experience
