About The Position

The Manager of Clinic Operations for Urgent Care Clinics at North Memorial Health is responsible for designing, planning, managing, evaluating, and improving operational effectiveness within the assigned clinics. This role involves leadership advocacy for customers, families, staff, and enterprise goals, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining a customer-focused service delivery. The manager will also oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff while promoting engagement and identifying leadership potential within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years progressive leadership experience in a multispecialty clinic setting required.
  • Preferred experience in hospice, primary care clinics, or specialty clinics.
  • Knowledge of changing state and national health care trends.
  • Demonstrated total quality management, leadership, communication, data analytic, organizational, and management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, manage, evaluate, and improve operational effectiveness within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Exercise leadership and advocate positively for customers, families, staff, services, and enterprise goals.
  • Accomplish strategic, financial, clinical, and operational objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines and professional practice standards.
  • Design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve key processes within the department and across the organization.
  • Develop, monitor, and report key indicators for quality, productivity, and resource management.
  • Maintain customer-focused team-centered service delivery to ensure compassionate care.
  • Design and maintain open communication systems for effective problem resolution.
  • Ensure efficient recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing development of staff.
  • Promote staff engagement and mentor those with leadership potential.
