About The Position
The Osher Center exists to provide relationship-centered care in a healing environment. We use an interdisciplinary, team-based model to engage the whole person in their natural capacity for health and healing. We are looking for a Manager of Clinic Operations to join us on this journey. The Manager Clinic Operations is a leadership role with comprehensive operational authority and responsibility for designated clinics. Responsibilities include: fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of patient/family centered care and service, patient and staff satisfaction, program development, managing and enveloping teams, and ensuring integration with the clinical enterprise. Proceeds feedback, coaching and mentoring to less experienced peers and other members of the healthcare team, collaborating closely with nursing.
