About The Position

At Pathstone, we are in service of our clients’ preferred life, always. And in all ways. Client Transitions sits at one of the most consequential moments in a client relationship. New beginnings, complex changes, sensitive transitions, and loss. The Client Transitions Manager plays a central role in ensuring these moments are handled with clarity, precision, empathy, and forward momentum.
