About The Position
The Manager, Client Success will lead a team of Client Success Specialists focused on maximizing the adoption of Oracle Health solutions, driving product usage, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires a skilled manager with a proven track record in leading teams, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving quarterly renewal targets to improve revenue and minimize cancellations. The Manager will also be responsible for team development, performance measurement, and creating expansion sales opportunities.
