We’re looking for a dynamic Client Success leader (Manager or Director, depending on experience) to join our growing team at Foam. Based in Los Angeles - a hub for talent managers and agents - this role will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with some of the most influential talent management companies in the world. As a trusted partner, you’ll ensure our clients see Foam not just as a tool, but as an essential extension of their business. You’ll combine relationship-building with hands-on product training, feedback gathering, and growth strategy to drive adoption and deepen engagement across client organizations.
