Position Overview This is a client facing role in our Brand Partnerships team. Working closely with our sales, editorial and ad-ops teams, this role will be a pivotal player in the post-sales process; serving as the primary contact for clients from kick-off to campaign wrap. The Manager, Client Success is responsible for ensuring campaign success metrics and goals are established and met throughout the campaign and that we are exceeding our client expectations with the goal of turning each campaign into a long-standing and profitable relationship.
