About The Position
The Senior Client Solutions Manager is responsible for leading strategic client engagements and managing complex, high volume initiatives for retail and manufacturer partners within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of client programs, including project scoping, financial management, execution oversight, performance measurement, and post program analysis. This position serves as a senior client facing leader, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and high quality execution while identifying opportunities to expand services, improve performance, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Client Solutions Manager collaborates closely with internal Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Field teams and may provide leadership to other client services professionals.
