About The Position
The Client Services Manager role at Paylocity will support the Enterprise tier in the Central region, playing a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The manager will develop strategies to effectively address issues, proactively service highly complex clients, and prepare and lead a team of Executive Account Managers. Success in this role is driven by proficiency with technology, the ability to quickly learn the HCM platform and products, and a deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a unique balance of leadership, technical expertise, process management, and soft skills to be effective. The manager will work with a peer team of Managers to prioritize client interactions and efforts, engage directly with clients, and negotiate for the betterment of the business.
