About The Position

Kantar, the world's leading marketing data and analytics company, is seeking a Manager, Client Service, Media. This role is responsible for the execution of Media Solution projects while supporting higher complexity projects and advising team members on task completion. The position requires optimizing delivery efficiency without sacrificing quality and building an understanding of Media capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods. The Manager will actively participate in client design discussions, conduct data analysis, and manage timelines and quality of work products. The role also involves providing support and guidance for junior project team members and seeking opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity or MMR program graduate.
  • Market research experience with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong process and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and ability to master other business tools.
  • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Natural curiosity and a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of high-quality/high-impact insights and solutions.
  • Execution of Media Solution projects while supporting higher complexity projects.
  • Optimize efficiency of delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Participate in client design and questionnaire discussions.
  • Provide input into development of questionnaire, sample design, and analytic plan.
  • Conduct data analysis and insights generation.
  • Lead team through reporting on low/medium complexity projects.
  • Support proposal development and customize proposals with guidance.
  • Help with presentation development and lead content for low-medium complexity deliverables.
  • Manage timelines and quality of work products.
  • Provide support and guidance for junior project team members.
  • Serve as a go-to for new team members.
  • Identify, raise, and solve project issues proactively.
  • Take ownership of building skills through training and supporting team members.
  • Challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Serve as a scribe for new processes and protocols.
