About The Position

This role is for the Creative team in the Health/Auto/Financial Services, reporting to the VP of this team, Mike Griffin. The Health/Auto/Pharma vertical supports a wide mix of clients, including AbbVie, Kenvue, Capital One, Toyota, and Nissan. The primary objective is the execution and delivery of high-quality/high-impact insights and solutions across Health/Auto/Financial Services. The position is responsible for leading creative projects for medium-low complexity accounts/projects, while supporting higher complexity projects. The role requires understanding creative capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods, and explaining them to clients and Kantar colleagues who are not part of the creative team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity or MMR program graduate.
  • Market research experience with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong process and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office tools and ability to master other needed business tools.
  • Strong detail-orientation with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects for medium-low complexity accounts/projects, while supporting higher complexity projects.
  • Develop and maintain timelines and be responsible for the timeline and quality of work products.
  • Lead development of questionnaire, sample design, and analytic plan for medium-low complexity accounts/projects.
  • Lead data analysis and first report drafts for medium-low complexity projects.
  • Manage project financials, including accurate pricing of studies and ensuring Purchase Orders are collected.
  • Help with presentation development and support proposal development.
  • Lead proactive identification and resolution of project issues as they arise.
  • Communicate with KMP PMs on medium-lower complexity projects and support communication on higher-complexity projects.
  • Serve as a go-to for new team members and take ownership of building skills through training.
  • Optimize efficiency of delivery without sacrificing quality.
