EisnerAmper is looking for an experienced, personable and client-focused CPA who will serve as a Client Advisor on our Dental Advisors team. You will provide outsourced accounting services for dental practice owners. This role places a primary emphasis on client engagement and relationship building. As a CPA, you will leverage your expertise to provide strategic financial guidance while fostering strong connections with our dental professional clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial industry
  • Audit or financial accounting experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable and actionable insights
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice owners, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs, goals, and challenges
  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations in a clear and accessible manner
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized financial plans, emphasizing their unique practice dynamics
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and our Accounting Team, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and business best practices
  • Additional financial reporting responsibilities as needed
