We're looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and detailed leader to fill the role as a SIU Manager in enterprise fraud analytics who has a passion for managing individuals and building a best-in-class analytics and reporting suite. As an SIU Manager, you will supervise the management of the Special Investigations Unit Analytical teams and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. It will be your responsibility to lead Supervisors over individual SIU Analyst sections that will be responsible for SIU reporting, analytics, dashboards and proactive data mining activities. You will be responsible for developing action plans, coaching, and using performance data to make decisions. Oversee the development of reporting and analytics to help the SIU department make data driven decisions and anomaly detection. Coordinate and manage training for associates. Responsible for a team that leads the development of executive level communications and reports. Is comfortable presenting and making recommendations to leadership from those reports. Participate in business planning and strategic developments. Manger will work independently and in a team environment.
