About The Position

Be an essential part of the CentraCare team as the Manager of Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program! In this role, you will be responsible to assist the director in operations and program development for Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program and manage the Clara’s House facilities. This vital role will lead development efforts for Clara’s House program in collaboration with CentraCare Health Foundation. You will be responsible for the retention, recruitment, and development of qualified staff and promoting a positive workplace culture. We are looking for someone who is ready to collaborate with the Behavioral Health section leadership team, participate in performance improvement projects, organizational design, and planning functions for the department. The position will also be responsible to collaborate with their leader to ensure program budget is achieved. Clara’s House is a Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescents ages 3-18 who may have emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric difficulties. Clara’s House provides intensive, collaborative, therapeutic services with a goal of stabilization and improving emotional well-being. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Onsite position | Clara’s House Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $94,394.25 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $94,394.25 - $141,580.42 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling or Psychology required. Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience including management and supervisory responsibilities required. Management skills including leadership, problem solving, effective communication, organization and goal setting are essential. Management experience in children’s behavioral health is preferred. With a Nursing degree, current RN licensure with the State of MN is required. With a Social Work degree, current LICSW (Licensed Indepenent Clinical Social Worker) license with the State of MN is required. With a Marriage & Family degree, current LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) license with the State of MN is required. With a Clinical Counseling degree, current LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license with the State of MN is required. Requirements

Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling or Psychology required.
