About The Position

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Channel Partner Relationships Manager to join our team! The Manager, Channel Partner Relationships is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners (including consultants, health plans, coalitions and TPAs) to drive sales and revenue. This role will identify and onboard new partners, provide support and training and manage the relationship and performance of existing partners. The Manager, Channel Partner Relationships will lead a team of Channel Partner Analysts responsible for day-to-day activities of our reseller clients, such as health plans, TPAs, and coalitions, from RFP intake to delivery. The Manager, Channel Partner Relationships sets the strategy for each Channel Partner and provides direction and expertise to the team to ensure decision-making is optimal for return on investment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of sales and/or channel sales required. Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or channel sales required
  • 2+ years of PBM industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years of staff management experience, in pharmacy benefit management, health care sales or related work required
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering sales results and meeting required sales quotas
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

  • Hires talent, successfully onboards
  • Motivates, coaches, provides feedback, mentors, guides, and develops others
  • Partner with Sales team to drive membership growth by selling Navitus PBM products and capabilities through channel partners
  • Develop an internal channel strategy playbook to manage selling across multiple channels and resolve any conflicts
  • Act as the lead to represent Navitus PBM products and capabilities in support of RFP proposal development and contracting
  • Provide training, support and guidance to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell Navitus solutions effectively and represent Navitus with integrity
  • Develop membership retention strategies that are customized for each channel partner based on their unique requirements
  • Coordinate with the existing account management team supporting the channel partner to avoid duplicating work
  • Support the Sales Team by acting as the internal primary point of contact for RFP activity (issues and escalations)
  • Meet assigned membership retention quota
  • Other duties as assigned
