About The Position

Supports the Executive Director of Plant Services in the day-to-day management of central plant operations and departmental projects, including policy development, guidelines and procedures, staff counseling, and budget support. Ensures regulatory documentation is maintained in compliance with all applicable regulatory and governing agency requirements. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Facilities Management required with demonstrated familiarity with the trade work of the areas or responsibility required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience required.
  • Computer competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), building automation system and preventive maintenance system preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • AA degree in Facilities Management or related trade preferred.
  • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
  • Current Stationary Engineer License
  • Current Journeyman HVAC Certificate
  • Current Journeyman Electrician License
