Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Celonis Value to join our Global Process Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide process mining initiatives using the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) to drive measurable business transformation and value. You will be joining a dynamic, results-oriented team dedicated to embedding a continuous improvement culture powered by data-driven insights across the organization.

Requirements

• Six or more years of service-industry or shared-services experience in successful process improvement and transformation at scale.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong record of successfully supported projects (50+) and hands-on expertise in Celonis process mining.
• Proven ability to act independently in unstructured environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional collaboration, value-driven process improvement, and leveraging core systems like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Execute Process Mining Initiatives: Apply the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance issues, then translate these insights into actionable transformation roadmaps and clear deliverables.
• Drive Cross-Functional Value Realization: Collaborate with key functions, including Operations, Finance, and Information Technology (IT), to embed data-driven insights into strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact, such as cost savings and cycle-time reduction.
• Ensure Data-Powered Decision-Making and Compliance: Design and deliver Celonis dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and action flows to enable continuous process transparency, while ensuring solutions adhere to organizational standards and policies.
