Job Summary Responsible for supporting the Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) team through effective data management, data quality oversight, and governance activities. Ensures compliance-related data is accurate, secure, auditable, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Utilizes enterprise big data platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks, to support compliance reporting, monitoring, and audits for both security and privacy risks. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of cybersecurity and data management experience with deep domain knowledge (typically within CSSP-aligned functions).
  • Working knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Compliance Support, Snowflake, Databricks , SQL, and API Data Integration
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey highly technical cybersecurity concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Executive‑level presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior leadership, simplifying complex issues, and presenting risk, findings, and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and strategic alignment.
  • Experience leading global, distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to provide mentorship, coaching, performance feedback, and direction while fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
  • High level of autonomy with the ability to lead initiatives with minimal oversight, exercise sound judgment, and proactively drive issues to resolution.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment with the ability to be comfortable navigating shifting priorities, handling urgent escalations, and delivering high‑quality outcomes under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management and oversight of compliance-related data assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  • Performs basic data access, validation, and analysis using Snowflake and Databricks to support compliance initiatives.
  • Assists in enforcing data governance, privacy, retention, and access control policies in alignment with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Performs data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to identify risks, discrepancies, or compliance issues.
  • Supports compliance audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assessments through data preparation and documentation.
  • Maintains data documentation including data dictionaries, metadata, lineage, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Supports ingestion and validation of data from multiple sources, including cloud platforms, APIs, and relational databases.
  • Uses SQL to query, reconcile, and validate compliance-related datasets across platforms.
  • Partners with Compliance, Legal, IT, Web Development, and Data Engineering teams to support compliance reporting.
  • Escalates data quality or compliance risks appropriately and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
  • Keeps abreast of developments in data governance, compliance regulations, and data platform best practices.
  • Consistent exercise of attention to detail and judgment in matters of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Applies long-term objectives and plans related to the company's technical vision to daily activity.
  • Applies innovative solutions for cyber data engineering developmental problems that are competitive with industry and company standards.
  • May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required.
  • Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.
  • Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.
