In Indirect Services, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to distribution. Indirect Services is responsible for the global procurement of all Services and Products that fall within Indirect Categories of Spend. As the Category Manager, Procurement you will be responsible for supervising a procurement team whose activities support the procurement of HR Services including Third Party Labor, Engineering Services and other Service Categories including Talent Acquisition. Additionally, providing leadership to this team of procurement professionals to deliver local service excellence to customers. The Manager, Procurement will be accountable to drive strategic improvements year-over-year with regards to quality, cost management, logistics, development, management, and overall strategic executable plans to support our Enterprise growth targets.
