About The Position

Join the PCB Category Leader Team as a Manager, Category Development, where you'll play a key role in executing category strategies and driving growth for a leading brand in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role is ideal for a rising professional with 3-5 years of experience in category management, sales analytics, or shopper insights, looking to deepen their impact and grow into a strategic leadership role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in CPG industry in Category Management, Sales, Business Analytics, or Shopper Insights.
  • Proficiency in syndicated data tools (IRI/Nielsen), retailer portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Growth mindset and a passion for learning and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Category and cross-functional teams to implement national and channel-specific category strategies.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations across product assortment, pricing, promotion, and placement.
  • Use syndicated and custom data sources (e.g., Nielsen/IRI, Numerator) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop clear, compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of selling stories, customer playbooks, and business reviews.
  • Support the national sales release process by preparing materials and insights that drive retailer engagement.
  • Work closely with Brand, Commercial Strategy & Execution (CS&E), and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.
  • Participate in retailer meetings and support field teams with data-driven tools and insights.
