About The Position

JR177889 Manager Carelon Account Services Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation, operations, reporting and serves as a strategic leader for assigned accounts and direct reports. Works in close collaboration with Carelon’s Crisis Center of Excellence to promote best practices and quality assurance. Location: Hybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. How will you make an impact: Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations. Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts. Maintains ongoing account relationships. Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customer’s expectations. Identifies and addresses root cause and primary trends in order to initiate plans for correction and improvements. Established plans to enhance operational collaboration and shared goals in order to achieve a high performing, cross-functional team. Develops implementation processes and manages reporting processes to ensure high levels of account satisfaction and retention. Provides both on-site and off-site customer service, including interpreting plan design, researching and resolving inquiries, claims, and enrollment issues. Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions. Participates in efforts to support standardization across accounts. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of their team.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
  • Experience with New Jersey’s behavioral health crisis system, either through direct involvement with a provider or clinical work.
  • Experience in operating within a behavioral health crisis system.
  • Candidates from all states are welcome, but they must reside within commuting distance of a Pulse Point office location.
