Manager, Cardiology - Central Washington, Alaska, and Montana
About The Position
Responsible for clinic supervision and site of care operations within the Cardiology clinics of Central Washington, Montana, and Alaska and at off-site clinic locations, meeting continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values. Responsible for the identification of future opportunities for growth, as well as, the development and growth of new and existing sites. Establishes, implements, and supports operational standards and best practices within the Ambulatory clinic setting. Ensures safe, efficient, cost effective care is provided to patients and families. Develops and promotes strategic regional relationships throughout the South Sound region.. In conjunction with the Division Chiefs and Director, is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Heart Center and Ambulatory Services. Clinical supervision is shared with the Heart Center nursing leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical major.
- Minimum two years of management experience in clinical operations.
- Demonstrated performance improvement leadership experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in health care or business related field.
- Experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting.
- Five or more years recent experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role.
