Manager, CapEx, Asset Management, & Real Estate
About The Position
Manage all activities related to capital, asset management, real estate, and overhead budgets. Performs as a business analyst for the ISR Sector which includes three divisions. Prepares 3-year capital investment plan, analyzes capital expenditure requests and assists with business case analysis (AFEs (Authorization For Expenditure) and obtaining required approvals, forecasts capital expenditures, compiles and reviews financial reports (owns capital projects from inception to completion) as well as oversees revisions to related policies and procedures. Oversees real estate lease and overhead budget activities. Aids in maintaining compliance and assists in interface with internal and external audit organizations.
Requirements
- To meet job demands, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be focused and have a highly analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
- Must have experience with budgets, forecasting, capital, real estate, knowledge of SAP functionality and be proficient in MS Office Suite with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience, In lieu of a degree, A minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Must have a financial background
- Experience pulling reports from SAP to excel.
- Developing customized reports for Capital Management in Excel.
- Must have microsoft suite experience
