Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations (search, display media, network media buys, social media).
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, digital specs/formats, and media math (CPM, CPV, CTR, CPC, ROAS).
  • Familiarity with media concepts like viewability, IVT, and brand safety.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party platforms such as DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, DCM, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and analyzing media performance data.
  • Experience with media reporting and Doubleclick for Publishers.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
  • Experience with order management systems like Salesforce, Appian, and Tableau.
  • Ability to identify risks and manage issues with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both managed service and self-service campaigns, including onsite (display and search), offsite (display and video), social media, and in-store.
  • Use upper funnel (brand messaging, call to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) tactics.
  • Develop and implement media plans that align with suppliers' marketing objectives and Sam's Club's overall goals.
  • Define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics.
  • Follow MAP's best practices throughout the digital campaign life-cycle, from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Lead daily campaign maintenance, track status, and answer internal questions.
  • Implement campaign tags across all ad technology environments (onsite, offsite, social media, search).
  • Grow relationships with teams through exceptional client service.
  • Oversee the QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant documentation for campaign launch.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team for reporting and insights generation.
  • Provide clients with regular performance updates, optimizations, and new opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate platform implementation with media partners.
  • Address issues in pre-production and live campaigns.
  • Provide campaign wrap-up reports and monthly auditing reports, and manage bill/pay systems when applicable.
