Summary: Manages the daily retail activities and supports catering for Food Services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • 3 years of food service supervisory experience.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates retail menu cycles and is responsible for marketing and merchandising of all retail products products.
  • Assists with catering activities as needed.
  • Oversees daily cash reconcilliation and acts as the liaison for vending services.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
  • Performs and oversees scheduling, and payroll.
  • Seeks out and presents cutting edge systems and equipment to stay on trend with retail concepts.
  • Manages customer satisfaction and looks for ways to enhance the retail dining experience.
