About The Position

The Sales and Marketing Manager at Hard Rock Cafe is responsible for directing the cafe's sales and marketing efforts to align with the overall operating strategy. This role involves supporting the Senior Leadership Team in maintaining brand standards and achieving business objectives, while also managing marketing expenses and developing sales strategies to drive growth. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, team development, and effective communication to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Background in the music industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of business acumen and common sense.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Multiple language abilities are a plus, fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Cafe sales and marketing efforts in alignment with overall operating strategy.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in upholding brand standards and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate financial comprehension of the Cafe's budget and P&L.
  • Execute and develop marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Manage marketing expenses in accordance with the Cafe's budget and forecast models.
  • Partner with all departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
  • Market a multi-product business line to diverse guest profiles.
  • Foster a customer service-oriented environment.
  • Execute established standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in attracting and retaining talented individuals for the team.
  • Define goals and expectations for team members and hold them accountable.
  • Support team development and career advancement.
  • Serve as a Learning Coach for continuous improvement and employee retention.
