From building compelling ROI/TCO business cases to scaling value selling practices across the field, we play a strategic role in driving high-impact deal outcomes and executive alignment. We're seeking a Business Value Manager to lead a high-performing team of Business Value Managers and drive strategic customer engagements across North America, with a focus on our Majors and Customer Success segments. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, customer-facing leader who operates as a player-coach; someone who can both execute and scale impactful business value engagements, while mentoring a growing team and shaping new value offerings tailored to the needs of Sales and Customer Success. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Technical Post Sales, Product, and Marketing, directly influencing Datadog's bottom line, coaching your team, and driving meaningful customer outcomes at scale.
