About The Position

The Manager, Business Systems is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of critical business systems and networks. This role involves managing business systems, collaborating with external support teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with service levels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • Technical Support experience
  • Skill in teaching and training associates on system interaction
  • Sophisticated analytical skills, with knowledge of local processing environments, database structures and related tools (query, Access, SQL)
  • General knowledge of overall Brands systems and operations
  • Skilled at creating user design documentation and reviewing system designs and testing approaches
  • Knowledge of system development methodology and process for translating business requirements into system requirements
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English well enough to be understood by supervisors, co-workers, and customers
  • Ability to enter data and maneuver efficiently using a keyboard, operate a mouse, use telephone and headset equipment, and listen while keying information into the system
  • Ability to demonstrate self-control by maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check even in difficult situations

Responsibilities

  • Measure, maintain, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for system performance.
  • Work with functional teams and end users to identify issues and define business requirements.
  • Serve as the key liaison between end users, management, and project teams.
  • Provide operational support for applications, network systems, and interfaces.
  • Translate technical issues into actionable business requirements and designs.
  • Communicate project statuses and system issues with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Define and implement processes for special handling and tactical initiatives.
  • Annually provide necessary data and process review with outside bank auditors.
