About The Position

As the Manager of Business Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling, securing, and innovating our Revenue Operations technology ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure that our systems not only enable day-to-day business operations but also power next-gen AI-driven workflows and analytics. You’ll be responsible for the design, architecture, and operational excellence of our GTM tech stack—including Salesforce (core), Outreach, Gong, Rattle, Domo, LeanData, Gainsight, Clari, Vanta, ZoomInfo, and over two dozen other integrated systems. This is a hands-on role for a technical builder and strategic thinker—someone who can both write a flow and present to the C-Suite. You’ll manage multiple complex projects, tackle technical debt, and implement governance to future-proof our systems.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, and CRM Administration, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Salesforce expert (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications preferred).
  • Deep experience with Salesforce architecture, including Flows, Apex triggers, custom objects, integrations, and APIs.
  • Proficiency across core GTM tools—Outreach, LeanData, Domo, Gainsight, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and automate manual workflows.
  • Experience implementing AI or Agentic solutions within business applications.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills—capable of aligning technical details with business outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead direct integrations between Salesforce and AI/LLM models to enhance automation, summarize records, and generate insights
  • Implement agentic workflows like streamline support handoffs, sales insights, and real-time summarization.
  • Own Salesforce Data 2.0 initiatives—de-duplicate, enrich, and standardize all customer and prospect data from multiple providers (ZoomInfo, 6Sense, SimilarWeb, Apollo, etc.).
  • Implement ongoing enrichment pipelines and enforce data hygiene standards.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams for transforming, and surfacing usage-level data in Salesforce and Domo.
  • Lead implementation of next-gen GTM tools (Vanta, Highspot, Clazar, Gainsight, Skilljar, Clay, SendGrid, etc.) and ensure seamless integration across the RevOps ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain release management, sandbox strategy, and change control processes.
  • Identify, remove, and document legacy technical debt (unused packages, process builders, obsolete ETLs).
  • Partner with Security and IT to close security gaps, enforce permissioning and field-level governance.
  • Drive proactive alerts on domain protection and monitoring for deliverability and data integrity.
  • See projects from concept to completion—defining requirements, scoping builds, managing timelines, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Communicate system changes, document processes, and present architecture and impact analysis to stakeholders and leadership.
