About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • CAPM/PMP certification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding research and presentation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Ability to travel up to 10% based on work and client needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting organization
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage complex and matrixed projects, tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure timely communication, proactively identifying challenges.
  • Establish project management protocols, methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Develop the engagement team's project plan, defining key audit activities and assignments.
  • Provide engagement leaders with visibility into status and challenges through regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Manage multiple trackers to support operational metrics and publish meeting minutes.
  • Support and plan key fraud specialist team activities, including leadership and team meetings.
  • Monitor and report on engagement status, reviewing and analyzing information to identify issues.
  • Drive communication and work closely with leaders in the Fraud & Forensic Specialist group.
  • Facilitate process flows and manage timelines for training materials, focusing on efficiency.
