About The Position
You will lead a high-performing team within the Identity & Fraud Experience (IDFE) organization, driving cross-functional program execution and scaling operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people leadership. You'll act as a force multiplier—translating plans into action, building scalable rhythms, and enabling measurable impact across high-stakes member trust initiatives. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $146,610 and up to $207,700. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
