Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. The Operations – Rapid Transit Division is seeking a high-performing individual to strategically manage and execute operational initiatives, communications and issues management. This role requires developing essential communication materials that support both the Director, Strategy & Program Delivery and the Office of Chief Operating Officer in their vital engagement with staff, Metrolinx governance bodies, organizational Chief offices, and external forums. Crucially, the incumbent will also be responsible for delivering key initiatives that enhance divisional operations, manage complex issues, and ensure robust collaboration and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
