About The Position

The Manager, Business Solutions & Operations is responsible for driving operational visibility, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the delivery of business solutions. This role ensures that priorities are clearly tracked, progress is transparent, and outcomes are achieved through structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with technical fluency and the ability to collaborate across functions to improve processes and enable scalable solutions. This role requires experience supporting enterprise HR and Finance systems, preferably within cloud-based environments. The Manager will collaborate across functional areas to optimize system capabilities, improve data integrity, and enhance operational workflows within integrated HR and financial platforms.

Requirements

Working knowledge of HRIS, ERP, and/or Finance systems.
Understanding of data governance, system integrations, and cross-functional data dependencies.
Familiarity with cloud system release cycles, quarterly updates, and structured testing protocols.
Ability to translate functional requirements into system-enabled solutions across HR and Finance domains.
Understanding of internal controls, audit considerations, and data integrity standards within enterprise systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Technologically savvy with comfort learning and demonstrating new tools and features.
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Task Management: Develop and maintain structured mechanisms to track initiatives, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Operational Planning & Task Management: Create clear visibility into project status, risks, and outstanding items for stakeholders and leadership.
Operational Planning & Task Management: Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and alignment issues, and drive resolution.
Operational Planning & Task Management: Support prioritization and sequencing of work across teams.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure system alignment and process integrity.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Support system configuration discussions, testing coordination, and validation activities within HR and Finance platforms.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Analyze cross-system data flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Assist with system enhancements, quarterly cloud updates, and continuous optimization efforts.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Partner cross-functionally to analyze, improve, and support business processes.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and ensure alignment.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and outcomes are delivered.
Business Solutions & Process Support: Support both immediate issue resolution and longer-term solution development.
Innovation & Learning Enablement: Work in partnership to design and facilitate workshops, labs, or learning sessions to explore new system features and functionality.
Innovation & Learning Enablement: Facilitate demonstrations of tools and solutions to spark innovation and drive adoption.
Innovation & Learning Enablement: Encourage continuous improvement by creating forums for knowledge-sharing and experimentation.
Change Management & Communications: Partner with change management teams to develop and execute communication plans for system changes, enhancements, and issue resolution.
