About The Position
Responsible for the operations and financial performance of optometry and of optical retail stores in an assigned service area, including Optometrists. Accountable for member rating of stores, eyeglass turn around time, eyeglass redo rates (optician and optometrist controlled), Rx capture rate, Vision Services revenue, sales volume and overall profitability. Develops Optical Store eyewear sales strategy to meet organizational goals and business objectives.
