The Manager of Business Intelligence for Risk Adjustment Programs is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions related to Risk Adjustment Retrospective Chart Review Operations. They will be managing all operational metrics related to chart retrieval and coding to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting. This person will lead the creation of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making processes leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, SaS, and Python to drive insights and improvements.

  • Manages the delivery, execution, and sustainment of process improvement (PI) engagements including kaizen.
  • Ensures consultation is provided to stakeholders and process owners to drive process improvements.
  • Develops strategic plans which ensure alignment of organizational objectives, business priorities, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Serves as a lead advocate for continuous improvement by defining, developing, and evaluating performance metrics, standards, and methods to establish process success.
  • Manages change management activities associated with care delivery or clinical initiatives.
  • Manages team members in performing complex data analyses to drive care delivery or clinical initiatives.
  • Provides developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
  • Solicits and acts on performance feedback; works closely with employees to set goals and provide open feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Health Care/Public Health Administration, Behavioral/Social/Computer Science, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, or related field and minimum six (6) years progressive corporate, non-profit, project management or consulting experience, including minimum three (3) years in process improvement or directly related field.
