The position involves managing the full life cycle of development, reporting, and integration projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and rollout with on-time and on-budget delivery. You will develop processes to help manage the current BI backlog by working with stakeholders to prioritize requests. Additionally, you will manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, design BRDs, and help drive operational efficiencies in BI. The role requires leading a team of data analysts, ETL developers, and business intelligence developers in an agile environment, delivering user-oriented products. You will also perform ad hoc analysis to develop new performance metrics and identify root causes of anomalies, leveraging advanced analytical skills to create visually compelling data visualizations.
