Qualcomm is seeking a Manager, Business Development to join the Strategic Accounts and Business Development team. This role focuses on driving growth in on-device artificial intelligence and cloud computing technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AI and excellent organizational skills to support business development strategies and foster partnerships.

  • Support a comprehensive business development strategy for Qualcomm AI Hub solutions, focusing on partner and developer growth
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at datacenters and SaaS providers to drive new strategic collaboration and revenue opportunities
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Qualcomm's technology stack, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with market demands and customer needs, driving innovation in Qualcomm's offerings
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Qualcomm to differentiate and capture new cloud business at hyperscalers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Support negotiation and deal closure with strategic partners and customers, driving revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of B2B sales, business development or related work experience
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of B2B sales, business development or related work experience
  • OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of B2B sales, business development or related work experience
  • Solid experience in artificial intelligence technologies
  • Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Proven track record of working with customers and/or partners
  • Engineering degree
  • MBA or Technology Policy/Management Master preferred
