The Marketing and Business Development team at JLL, also known as Sales Enablement, focuses on winning new business by partnering with sellers to create compelling narratives and engaging content. This role involves project management of proposals and pitches, ensuring best practices are utilized, and acting as platform experts to support business development efforts.

  • Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.
  • Learns to use knowledge of the client to identify and develop a winning strategy.
  • Attends meetings, creates content, helps with edits, participates in debriefs, etc.
  • Maintains data and develops insights relevant to new business pursuits.
  • Learns JLL platform across multiple service lines.
  • Gains an understanding of JLL tools and technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of related experience, with real estate experience being a plus.
  • Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of and commitment to client service.
  • Enjoys working on pitches, pursuits, and presentations.
