This associate will be a part of the U.S. Commercial Excellence wing of the within the Medication Management Solutions U.S. Region Marketing organization. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Marketing Communications & Business Development, the Manager of Business Development & Demand Generation will monitor sales metrics and lead business development representatives through activities to achieve and exceed the overall sales team goals. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. The ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve specific goals is essential to success. Candidates must be available to work onsite 4 days per week in our BD Raleigh/Durham, NC office.
