The purpose of the position is to lead the business creation activities for renewable water treatment with need to be able to support PFAS removal/remediation markets in Americas. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Identify and compile new sales prospects and with support of Applications, R&I, BUs. Prioritize and qualify all relevant leads for the next phase of sales process. Transition qualified prospects to Sales team and support ongoing sales stages. Analyse and evaluate new business opportunities. Contribute to the development of strategic and tactical plans for new and existing products, services, business models, and mergers & acquisitions. Collaborate with regional BU Commercial, BU Development, NV&S Application and Sales teams to plan, lead, organize and execute Business Creation activities including customer proof-of-concept trials, product launches, and technical sales, ensuring that all internal development activities are completed against agreed time, scope, budget, and quality targets. Immediate emphasis will be on the emerging PFAS removal markets in North America, with a focus on novel technologies. Establish strong relationships with existing customers and prospects and to be regarded as a credible and reliable advisor in the novel adsorbents markets. Accountable for generating business plans, value and pricing proposals, customer presentation materials and guidelines for the region. Lead meetings and negotiations with potential customers and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests. Support Global Business & Portfolio management in strategy and business plan creation by providing regional application and customer specific input. Project team member for New Product Development projects and act as the regional lead of the projects, supported by Applications, Sales, BU, Global Business & Portfolio management, New Technology Platforms and R&I. Responsible for the financial result of the commercialization activities in the region. Responsible to provide regional content and expertise to create external marketing communication plans supported by regional Marketing.
