About The Position

The Manager, Business Consulting leads a team of Business Consultants primarily responsible for guiding Enterprise healthcare organizations through the adoption, optimization, and ongoing use of our technology platform. The Manager is a strategic leader balancing client-facing responsibilities with internal leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of business consultants, ensuring delivery of high-quality client engagements.
  • Assist with creating custom project plans to assist Business Consultants with meeting unique client challenges.
  • Assess operational opportunities for improvement across client engagements and internal processes, update and standardize SOPs, and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure all changes align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Assist in advising Sales and Customer Success teams in appropriately scoping and selling Business Consulting services.
  • Oversee resource allocation, project assignments, and workload management.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to manage client escalations and develop strategic solutions to meet their needs.
  • Support the Business Consulting team with complex projects based on the client's goals and objectives.
