Job Summary Leads business initiatives that enhance operational performance and the customer experience. Manages cross‑functional teams to assess current process challenges, evaluate control effectiveness, and define and implement future‑state improvements. Applies deep operational and process expertise to prioritize work, drive complex initiatives, and guide decision‑making. Serves as a key resource and mentor for less-experienced team members while ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. Job Description Core Responsibilities Supports the design, development, and maintenance of policies and procedures that guide Comcast Business operational activities, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards. Identifies key operational breakdowns and raises issues to leadership while coordinating corrective actions. Partners with process owners across the Comcast Business organization to help ensure business controls are appropriately designed to address significant operational and financial risks. Conducts root‑cause analyses for identified risks and collaborates with Comcast Business management to implement process changes that address gaps and strengthen the control environment. Identifies opportunities to improve or automate internal controls and assists in managing re‑engineering and continuous‑improvement projects involving updates to policies, processes, and systems. Prepares and delivers updates on project status, internal control assessments, and risk remediation activities to Comcast Business and Finance leadership. Reviews and evaluates management’s responses to audit recommendations and monitors completion of corrective actions, providing updates to leadership. Collaborates closely with organizations across the business to support audit processes and ensure alignment across risk and compliance activities. Exercises independent judgment and discretion on matters that impact operations, controls, and risk mitigation. Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility to support business needs during variable hours as required. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives and evolving business needs. Requirements

  • Skills Accounting, Analytical Support, Internal Auditing
  • Education Bachelor's Degree
  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
  • Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years
